Standing Order — key terms
A summary. Our full B2B Supply Terms and Conditions apply, and a Standing Order Form confirms your order.
- This is an order request. It becomes a standing order once we confirm your lines, pricing and delivery day and a Standing Order Form is agreed.
- The products and quantities here are your baseline weekly order. Availability and pricing vary with season and market, and are confirmed by us before each week's delivery.
- To change quantities or skip a week, give us at least three days' notice before your delivery day. After that cutoff we have already ordered from our growers, so late changes may not be possible and you may be liable for goods already sourced.
- Standing orders run for a minimum of four weeks from the first delivery. After that, either side may end the standing order with seven days' written notice.
- Fresh produce is a natural product: actual weight may vary by plus or minus 10%, and you are invoiced on the weight delivered. We will not substitute a line without your consent.
- Please check goods on delivery and report any issue within 24 hours for fresh produce, or 48 hours for ambient goods.
- Payment is due on delivery unless separate credit terms are agreed in writing. Minimum order values and delivery areas may apply and will be confirmed with you.
